FAQs
What services do you offer?
1
We offer a range of solutions designed to meet your needs—whether you're just getting started or scaling something bigger. Everything is tailored to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
When will I receive the card?
2
Your virtual card is issued and ready for use immediately after your application is approved.
It typically takes about 8-11 business days for a physical card to arrive after you order it. There are two ways to request a physical card:
1. During the application, you’ll have the option to request a physical card.
2. Go to your dashboard and click on the Card details icon. Toggle over to the physical card, then click on the Request card or Replace card button. You'll be guided through the card request process.
What is the grace period?
3
The grace period is made up of the 7 calendar days directly following the end of a statement period. For example, January’s grace period runs from February 1-7. Each statement period begins on the first of every month and ends on the last day of the same month.
If you pay off your statement balance before 11:59 PM Pacific Time on the seventh of each month, you will not have to pay any fees.
If the full statement balance for a given statement period is unable to be collected by the end of the grace period, the statement balance will be rolled over into your pay-over-time balance along with a statement fee of 11%-16% of the statement balance. For more information, please see your Card Agreement.
How do I earn cashback?
4
You'll earn 1 point for every dollar spent on eligible purchases for your business using your virtual or physical card. You can view and redeem your earned cashback rewards in the rewards section of your dashboard.
Please note that your card can only be used for business purchases, and there are certain categories of merchants with whom you are prohibited from making purchases.
The minimum amount redeemable is 100 points, or $1.
Information from DoorDash is used to identify eligible Supply Club purchases. Errors in reporting may delay or prevent you from receiving the higher rewards rates on those purchases. See Rewards Agreement for more information.
How do I use my cashback?
5
Where is the card accepted?
6
Can I make non-business related purchases with my card?
7
You can use your cashback to pay down your current statement balance. To use your cashback, click on Redeem in the rewards section of your dashboard. The minimum amount redeemable is 100 points, or $1.
See Rewards Agreement for more information.
What is a statement fee?
8
If you roll over a statement balance into pay over time, you'll be assessed a statement fee that is 11% - 16% of the amount rolled over into your pay-over-time balance. Your fee is based on your outstanding balance, and you will see your final percentage once the plan is created.
Your full statement balance along with the associated fee will roll over into pay-over-time if you do not pay the statement balance by the end of the grace period (i.e., 7 calendar days after the statement period ends) or if you opted in to the pay-over-time autopay setting.
For example, if you have a statement fee rate of 12% and you have a statement period balance of $1,000, you'll be charged a statement fee of $120 for rolling over that amount into your pay over time balance. You'll pay off the $1,000 statement balance plus the associated $120 fee over the course of the next nine months using a percentage of your DoorDash sales.
If you want to avoid paying statement fees, pay off your statement balance in full before the end of the grace period. Each statement period is 1 month (beginning on the first of every month and ending on the last day of the month), and the grace period comprises the 7 calendar days directly following the last day of the month.
None, you're never charged interest. You will, however, be charged a statement fee if you roll over a statement balance into your pay-over-time balance.
If you do not pay the full statement balance by the end of the grace period (i.e., 7 calendar days after the statement period ends), the statement balance will be rolled over into your pay-over-time balance along with a statement fee that is 11% - 16% of the statement balance.
For example, if you have a statement fee rate of 12% and you have a statement balance of $1,000, you'll be charged a statement fee of $120 for rolling over that amount into your pay-over-time balance. You'll pay off the $1,000 statement balance plus the associated $120 fee over the course of the next nine months using a percentage of your DoorDash sales.
Please note: If you pay off the full statement balance for a given statement period before the end of the grace period, you will not have to pay a statement fee.
For more information, please see your Card Agreement.

How does the pay-over-time autopay setting work?
10
At the end of each statement period, your statement balance will automatically be rolled over into pay over time along with a statement fee that is 11% - 16% of the statement balance. You'll pay off the statement balance plus the associated fee over the course of the next nine months using a percentage of your DoorDash sales.
Your repayment rate is based on many factors, including your outstanding balance and your estimated future sales. As you increase your pay-over-time balance, your repayment rate will also increase.
Additional helpful information
Note that each statement period corresponds to one month. Every statement period is followed by a 7 calendar day grace period.
The repayment rate displayed in your dashboard represents the overall repayment rate for your pay-over-time balance, which is the sum of each individual repayment rate corresponding to a statement period's pay-over-time balance. Your overall repayment rate will decrease as you pay off your pay-over-time balances or will increase as more statement balances are rolled over to pay-over-time.
Each individual repayment rate is calculated as the percent of your estimated future sales needed to pay off an individual pay-over-time balance in nine months. You can view the repayment rate details of an individual pay-over-time balance in your monthly statements.
